Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1028P, RPL15P4, and RN7SL318P. Each is linked with RHOA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOA-to-partner and partner-to-RHOA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1028P grouped by RHOA-low versus RHOA-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
