Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A7, CABP2, and CBLIF. Each is linked with RHOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOA-to-partner and partner-to-RHOA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A7 grouped by RHOA-low versus RHOA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
