Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with RHO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHO-to-partner and partner-to-RHO results are reported.
