Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHO RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,197 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIX5, ULK1, and MOS. Each is linked with RHO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHO-to-partner and partner-to-RHO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHO versus SIX5 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHO→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
