The most reproducible RHO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with RHO in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHO-to-partner and partner-to-RHO results are reported.
