RHNO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHNO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,829 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHNO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP4, KPNA2, and RFC2. Each is linked with RHNO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHNO1-to-partner and partner-to-RHNO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHNO1 versus FKBP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHNO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHNO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
