RHNO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHNO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHNO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX101P1, RNA5SP412, and CHORDC1P3. Each is linked with RHNO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHNO1-to-partner and partner-to-RHNO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX101P1 grouped by RHNO1-low versus RHNO1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHNO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHNO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
