Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHNO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHNO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Metaphase chromosome alignment, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with RHNO1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHNO1-to-partner and partner-to-RHNO1 results are reported.
