Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHNO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHNO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2, CDX4, and OR5C1. Each is linked with RHNO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHNO1-to-partner and partner-to-RHNO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHS2 grouped by RHNO1-low versus RHNO1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHNO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHNO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
