RHEX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHEX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P8, RPL31P47, and AP1B1. Each is linked with RHEX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHEX-to-partner and partner-to-RHEX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P8 grouped by RHEX-low versus RHEX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
