RHEX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHEX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,612 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2U1, DCAF16, and NOP14. Each is linked with RHEX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHEX-to-partner and partner-to-RHEX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHEX versus CYP2U1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
