Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHEBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,814 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHEBL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPG_S674, CDC20_T70, and CDK2. Each is linked with RHEBL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHEBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RHEBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHEBL1 versus NCAPG_S674 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHEBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHEBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
