Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHEB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,933 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHEB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis. Each is linked with RHEB in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHEB-to-partner and partner-to-RHEB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation grouped by RHEB-low versus RHEB-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
