RHCG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHCG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,699 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4BP3, SOCS5P4, and HNRNPA1P47. Each is linked with RHCG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHCG-to-partner and partner-to-RHCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHCG versus EIF4BP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
