Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 784 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX10, NEFH, and PNPLA5. Each is linked with RHBG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBG-to-partner and partner-to-RHBG results are reported.
