RHBG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3D, RRP7A, and STUM. Each is linked with RHBG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBG-to-partner and partner-to-RHBG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEX3D grouped by RHBG-low versus RHBG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
