Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RHBG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBG-to-partner and partner-to-RHBG results are reported.
