Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,932 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with RHBG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBG-to-partner and partner-to-RHBG results are reported.
