Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,059 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHBDL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf116_S519, EPS8L1, and BICDL2_S36. Each is linked with RHBDL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDL2 versus C1orf116_S519 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
