Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,029 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHBDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC38A7, DEGS1, and GNPDA1. Each is linked with RHBDL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDL1 versus SLC38A7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
