RHBDL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD1-26, HMGN1P24, and MTATP6P29. Each is linked with RHBDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD1-26 grouped by RHBDL1-low versus RHBDL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
