Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,644 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Flagellated sperm motility, and Taurine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RHBDL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL1 results are reported.
