Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,897 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHBDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, FAM83D, and TTK. Each is linked with RHBDF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDF1 versus NUF2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
