RHBDD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN10, CCDC134, and SMC4. Each is linked with RHBDD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD3-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDD3 versus ATXN10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
