RGSL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATN1_S632, WDR37_S119, and ZYX_S344. Each is linked with RGSL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGSL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGSL1 versus ATN1_S632 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
