Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 995 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPRID2, RLN3, and ARMCX3. Each is linked with RGSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGSL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGSL1 versus ITPRID2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
