RGSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, AAGAB, and GMNN. Each is linked with RGSL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGSL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by RGSL1-low versus RGSL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
