The most reproducible RGS9BP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty-acyl-CoA catabolic process, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with RGS9BP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9BP-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9BP results are reported.
