RGS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP1, TRIM25, and TAB3P1. Each is linked with RGS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS8-to-partner and partner-to-RGS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP1 grouped by RGS8-low versus RGS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
