RGS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,579 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB43, LINC00654, and SBNO2. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS7 versus RAB43 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
