Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MGA_S924, NAPEPLD, and ZYG11B. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS7 versus MGA_S924 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
