RGS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIP2A, MCM2, and BIRC5. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIP2A grouped by RGS7-low versus RGS7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
