Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf_pS338, p27, and eEF2. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf_pS338 grouped by RGS7-low versus RGS7-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
