RGS7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,375 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGMB, PARVA, and C12orf75. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS7 versus RGMB in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
