Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,305 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Negative regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification grouped by RGS7-low versus RGS7-high in OVARY.
