RGS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3J, OAZ1, and RRP9. Each is linked with RGS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS5-to-partner and partner-to-RGS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3J grouped by RGS5-low versus RGS5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
