Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAK16, ACY3, and GSTM3. Each is linked with RGS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS4-to-partner and partner-to-RGS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS4 versus MAK16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
