RGS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,983 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRT2, RNA5SP412, and ESYT2. Each is linked with RGS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS4-to-partner and partner-to-RGS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIRT2 grouped by RGS4-low versus RGS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
