RGS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,930 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAS, IL21R, and PTPN22. Each is linked with RGS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS3-to-partner and partner-to-RGS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS3 versus FAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
