Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,383 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mononuclear cell migration, PML body organization, and Regulation of fibroblast proliferation. Each is linked with RGS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS3-to-partner and partner-to-RGS3 results are reported.
