Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 565 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, PHF5A, and TTK. Each is linked with RGS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS3-to-partner and partner-to-RGS3 results are reported.
