RGS21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1112P, RNU6-982P, and IL9. Each is linked with RGS21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS21-to-partner and partner-to-RGS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1112P grouped by RGS21-low versus RGS21-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
