RGS21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-1, MDFIC2, and CD300H. Each is linked with RGS21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS21-to-partner and partner-to-RGS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-1 grouped by RGS21-low versus RGS21-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
