RGS20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, RNU6-728P, and RNU6-391P. Each is linked with RGS20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS20-to-partner and partner-to-RGS20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by RGS20-low versus RGS20-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
