RGS20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, OR1Q1, and OR51Q1. Each is linked with RGS20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS20-to-partner and partner-to-RGS20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by RGS20-low versus RGS20-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
