RGS19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,584 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, STK10, and ITGAL. Each is linked with RGS19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS19-to-partner and partner-to-RGS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS19 versus LCP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
