RGS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,922 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are FREM2-AS1, RPSAP60, and MIR4529. Each is linked with RGS18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS18-to-partner and partner-to-RGS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FREM2-AS1 grouped by RGS18-low versus RGS18-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
