RGS16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5P4, RN7SL45P, and MIR4748. Each is linked with RGS16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS16-to-partner and partner-to-RGS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5P4 grouped by RGS16-low versus RGS16-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
