Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGS14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RGS14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RGS14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
