Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,816 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, YWHAQ, and GMPPA. Each is linked with RGS12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS12-to-partner and partner-to-RGS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS12 versus CTBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
